I found Snoopy running beside the sea, looking very unkept and dishevealed, and very obviously abandoned, a stray dog which is why I decided to rescue her. I took her to the vet to be checked and nicely groomed by Ruel.
She is my dog now, and is a very loyal and loving dog who gives me lots of appreciation, enjoyment and pleasure.
Although whoever owned this dog before could have taken her to the PAWS animal welfare society they would have had to pay which is why she must have been abandoned on a beach in Kuwait.
By the way thanks to your comment about Insulting the Blog. I’m in hurry that time I make the Blog of snoopy. I was thinking that you were friendly before. I’m not insisting if you believed or not about what happen to her.
Nobody’s perfect or need a contest her in this new site. Or have right to insulting what we want to do. This is a PUBLIC not a PRIVATE. Also much better the admin will be the one to give a notice if we doing wrong from this site.

I personally know some of the people at PAWS and what they do is no easy task. It is always a great pleasure knowing some people would actually take the time to rescue animals in need...must be a blessing in disguise you and Snoopy found each other
