Doggy Blog Entry: Meet Angus, aka Ang, Gus, Angusing, Gus Gus, Gussy Wussy, and Bondat Belly I will never forget the day I fell in love for the second time in my life. He took one long mournful look at me and I was a goner. Prior to that fateful day I've been something of an animal hater. Ok, not a hater per se, but lets just say I'm most wary of animals. Now, now, dog lovers, before you get up in arms about it, I was never one to discriminate, I'm wary of people too. Anyway, so I go into the dog shop and ask the seller if I may hold him. Once in my arms he just curled up and snuggled against me like there was nowhere else in the world he belonged. I didn't mean to take him home, I truly didn't, but once another couple walked in and expressed keen interest in him, I couldn't risk having anyone else take him home and thus from then on he was mine. Our first few days was rough, he had a tendency to destroy everything in sight. I lived in fear of his seemingly inevitable electrocution. I feared for my things as well. 8 mutilated havaianas, 1 lost dslr, 3 destroyed appliances, and countless other irrepairably damaged favorite things later, I love him more than ever. I'm such a sucker.
